We're proud to be one of the first entertainment centres in Canada to launch this initiative. It’s about making visits quicker, safer, and more enjoyable.
Using a cashless approach, our guests will spend less time in line and more time playing and having FUN!

No, starting October 20, Waterloo will only accept:
→ Debit and credit cards
→ Mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and watches)
→ Pay-by-link for events and over-the-phone payments
→ Splitsville gift/play cards are available and work throughout the centre.

No, our team cannot accept cash tips after October 20th, as we strive to maintain a cash-free centre for a seamless experience and for the safety of our team and customers.
However, our card machines prompt you automatically, and 100% of gratuities go directly to the Team.
