We want to make your celebration unforgettable! To help you plan the perfect party, we’ve answered the most frequently asked questions about our birthday packages below.
All our birthday party packages are 90 minutes long, with food and drinks being served during that time. For Rock ‘N’ Bowl and Strike ‘N’ Play packages, food is served at the lanes. For Swipe ‘N’ Score and Putt ‘N’ Play packages, food is served at a reserved party table.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially if your child's birthday falls during busy school holidays. Ideally, book at least two weeks in advance. The minimum notice required is 72 hours
While our kids party packages are recommended for guests under the age of 15, our Social Party Package is tailored for adult or teen celebrations! Visit our Social Events page to learn more.
Food is included for the guests booked on the party package as noted above. For guests not included in the party (i.e. non-bowlers or parents), we recommend pre-ordering additional food for them when booking your party. You may also order additional food and drinks upon arrival with your party host.
Each party guest will receive one printed voucher that can be redeemed for one game of bowling for one person at a future time. The voucher is valid for three months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed at the issuing centre. Redemption on the same day is at the centre’s discretion.
You may bring your own cake or cupcakes. Regular birthday candles are permitted, but you must bring your own lighter. Centres are unable to store or refrigerate cakes, so ice cream cakes are not recommended. Please note that, other than birthday cakes, no outside food or drinks are permitted in our centres.
Yes, modest party decorations are welcome but must be removed promptly at the end of your party. Please note that decorations cannot be affixed to any walls.
Yes, all open-toed footwear, as well as Crocs and slip-ons, are not allowed on the bowling lanes for safety reasons. Guests can wear their own clean and dry flat-soled shoes or borrow a pair of our bowling shoes at no additional cost.
